All floral products and seasonal fresh blooms are subject to seasonal availability. Product images showcased on our website are for reference purposes only. The actual arrangement, shades, color saturation, sizes, and stages of bloom may vary slightly from the photos due to photography lighting and natural growth variances.

In the event of supply difficulties or if fresh blooms received from our growers do not meet our premium quality control standards, Busy Bee Ipoh reserves the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any flower type, color, wrapping paper, ribbon, accessory, or material with an alternate choice of similar style, and equivalent or greater value, without prior notice.

Flowers are perishable natural goods and cannot be guaranteed to be completely flawless. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and appreciates these inherent natural elements.

It is the customer's mandatory responsibility to ensure that the recipient's name, precise delivery address, contact number, and selected delivery date/time slot are accurate. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or refusal to accept the blooms, re-delivery charges will apply, and no refund will be issued due to the perishable nature of the items.

Due to materials being prepared specifically for each handcrafted bouquet ahead of time, orders once processed and paid cannot be cancelled or amended within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time. Refunds will only be considered under absolute discretion of the management in case of non-delivery events.
